Hi I have been having diarrhea and vomiting for over two weeks now and I dont know what it could be?

Can you give more details-
Vomiting -
1. When does it occur?
2. Is it bile stained?
3. Any abdominal pain?
4. If so does it get relieved with vomiting?
5. Blood vomiting?
Diarrhea-
1. Moderate or severe?
2. Blood /mucus in it?
Any other illness?
On any medication?
