Hi Shreya  i was looking through the forum for answer that could help me  see i two suffer from (Acid Reflux)
i was diagnosed in 1999 after a car accident i was giving Zantac 150mg after five years (yeah i know) although
the medication work very well and with a good diet and exercise my (Acid Reflux seam to have taking a hike)
and in keeping up with the right foods and exercise i was able to take the zantac before i was to eat something
i didn't cook myself .( it is said you should never bring  a sandwich to a banquet...LOL) you know  like functions
etc..etc  anyway let fast forward to august 18 in 2008  i went to bed  to wake up to sever sever vomiting /diarrhea
and cough that dose not quit( mind you i have not change course in anyway) i though maybe it was the flu went to
ER was told it maybe a gastric virus giving nexium and to follow up a gastritis doctor well i saw family doc had a
GI done saw gastric had that scope done when both tests were negative even saw ENT doc cuz my throat started
to become inflame due to my coughing that test neg  with the help of nexium i  no longer vomit everything i eat
diarrhea ah every now and then BUT... this coughing it doesn't quit it's with me 24/7 it doesn't let me sleep@ nite
i just stop being around family and friends it gets to emberacing i cant hold a conversation i start cough uncontrollable
and have to leave the room so know i just email everyone (sad isnt it) look im willing try what you know  please i need
to have a good nite sleep for a change and a 4 ur diet im game ............. thanks

Hi...I am not the person u directed this to, but could it be post nasel drip?It can cause the cough...the vomit.....I would try using a saline nasal spray...ask the PCP how to use.

This is a simple thing to try.

hello Selma thanks for your respond i appreciated  although i have tried two
in the past (flunisolide nasal solution USP 0.025%....and nasalcron that containing
two types of  cromolyn  solution's 5.2mg / 40mg both  i got  OTC  they were okay
for about one week each then i'm right back to square one.i think i.m losing it
why with every test coming back negative (so the doctors say....hum) see they
all think it.s my  acid reflux i say not

Hi...I know u said u had massive testinf=gs done, had u had ur thyroid checked?
I know it can affect sinus and sinus can affect ur gerd.

Just another thought.
