Hiatal hernia back after surgery?

by cindyatmb64, Nov 06, 2009 03:11PM
I had Nissen repar surgery for a hiatal hernia about seven years ago. Although my recovery was long I was amazed at how much better I felt after I healed. All of a sudden I'm having the same symptoms I had before the surgery, reflux, pain, etc.  I wondered if anyone new if it was possible for me to get a hiatal hernia again?

Hi CIndy...I have not had this procedure but have heard it can slip....so do see ur dr and find out what is going on.

I wonder if u may be having issues with ur Gall Bladder...best to see if ur Nissen slipped or if the GB is acting up.
