Hiatial Hernia Acid Reflux Irregular heart beat

Im a 19 year old female and for the last 3 years i have been diagnosed with acid reflux heart murmur ( non harming) a hiatial hernia and i have had severe diarrhea since birth i feel like i have caused these problems because i have a no control in relaxing my muscles i am constantly shaking even with the heat on full blast i give myself knots the size of baseballs in my neck and back  and give my self charlie horses.... latley i have had dizzy spells that can come and go all day with a noise in my ear is it possible i could be harming my health and that my problems are related to or am i just crazy ....... please help

Hi ,
As far as acid reflux is concerned you may consider taking PPI.
Unless there are symptoms ( GERD is sometimes associated with hiatus hernia) and are bothersome there is no need for treating hiatus hernia.
As far as the noice in the ear and dizziness are concerned they could be due to inner ear problem and you can consult an ENT doctor for evaluation.
