I seem to burp constantly and also have reflux of acid coming back up.

54 year old male. I  seem to burp and can burp on demand but not sure if it's psychological or not? I try not to think about it and when I'm busy I won't burp at all but other times when I'm driving or just sitting alone I will burp.  I also will have some reflux of liquid come back up throughout the day and evening.  Not sure what to do.  I will also wake up just about every night and and have some reflux.  Please advise.
