I need a Diagnosis for my Digestive Problems

I really hope you can help me.

my symptoms are as follows:  

1) A feeling of something unwanted within the whole area of my gut. It feels extremely bloated.
2) Then up to my lower rib cage at the sides my ribs feel like they are caving in from the inside
3) The front of my chest feels as though its collapsing
4) The lower part of my throat feels so much further back than it should be and the muscles at the bottom of my throat feel like they are being pulled down by something when i speak.

All of these issues occurred when started drinking heavily in 2004. Its now 2010 and even though I'm 3-years 6-months sober the symptoms don't seem to fade. I can now longer sleep on my back because the bloating is so bad and have to sleep on my stomach.

I have had tests for hiatus hernia but an x-ray on my chest proved this was not the case.

If you have any idea please let me know because this is affecting every area of my life especially when I talk I'm also a singer so you can imaging  the pain im in when i even dare to try to sing i cant even get through a whole song.
