IS this GERD

I am very well aware same sub will not post, but I am very depress, on 5th Dec 2012 I visit to a massage center for massage but accidentally I am doing oral sex( A Lady give me a *******)., afterwards 10days I do a HIV Test witch shows negative, after Three month I do same and result is negative..
In between I go to my native place and when I am return to town I have food poisoning, for treatment I am hospitalized in Hotel, In treatment process a nurse put rubber hose in my nose very forcefully.
My medical treatment is complete. But from that day I feel pain in my throat. After every six month I do HIV test which is always negative.
On 1st Aril 2014 my doc found tonsils in left side and start treatment. But two month complete tonsils not come in normal position. So I do following test in hospital.
1. Complete Blood Count Test.
2. Mantoux Test.
3. ESR
Please help me. I am infected , GERD or Due to wrong treatment in hospital I found tonsils.

Your tests are normal, so you should totally forget about HIV as best you can.  Your tonsils won't go away unless the doctor removes them.  I'd bet the nose tube caused some throat discomfort, it usually does.  I'd think Caryopteris gave you simply spot on advice.

My concern is due oral sex in possibilities of diseases, why the tonsil is not gone after GERD (throat)treatment .

Are you saying you are depressed because you have throat pain?   Do you have a white coating on your tongue?  Maybe you need to be treated for thrush after the antibiotics.  

Gargle with warm water with about 1/2 tsp of salt and 1/2 tsp of baking soda.  Do this 2-3 times a day.  Drink hot mint tea.  Use good oral health, brushing your teeth 3 times a day with an extra soft toothbrush.  Baking soda toothpaste is a good choice in case you have thrush causing your sore throat.  

I do not see anything to be depressed about.
