IS this GERD

ok im 19 yr old male healthy no serious medical problems in family just have one brother who has lupus and a sister with arthritis. now my wuestion is about a month ago i felt weak and sick so i went to the doctor and he told me i have a bacteria infection tht caused swelling in my throat and nose. shortly after my stomach started to feel full and i was burping a lot. then after a few weeks i felt chest discomfort and sometimes it would hurt in different areas. i also felt like if i was about to get heartburn but i never did. so then my arms started to feel really wierd like it feels tight when i squeeze and its not all the time but most of the time , i went to the hospital they did a ct sacan and a blood test but they could not find anything. a few days later i went to the doctor and he told me i had acid reflux so he gave me prilosec ive been taking it for 2 days now and its been a month and 2 weeks since i first got my sinus problem and it still hasnt gone away but im more concerned about my arms sometimes i feel it in my legs but not as much it feels like if they are numb but they arent really numb and they are really tight if anyone could help tht would be great.

It could be GERD.
24 hours pH monitoring test can be done to confirm it.
Continue taking prilosec for relief of symptoms.
