Indigestion

Since a year back I have developed an indigestion problem.  Anything I eat, be it spiecy or non/S causes severe tightness in my stomach.  7 months back, I have been prescribed PantowinD tablets (Pantopraxole sodium and Domperidone tablets).  I have been taking them regularly for two months than stopped and take only when the problem gets severe (sometimes one tablet a week).......... will there be side effects, in long run, if I depend on these tablets entirely.  I have also been told by my friends that mixure of butter milk with 7up or sprite can give relief (though I heard of butter milk and lemon but never tried).......... could you advice pls.
