Are you taking a PPI?  If so which one and for how long?  I have some of the same symptoms you listed.  I have had gerd since I was younger and have unfortunately taken these meds for about 10 years now.  These symptoms just started creeping up in the past year or so.  It may be from long term use of the meds.  I think this is true bc when I stop taking them for a few days all my stomach pains go away.  However eating ANYTHING causes so much pain.  Its a lose lose situation.  Sucks.  Thats all I can tell you.  If anyone has any other input that would be helpful!
