LPRD with elevated liver enzymes

I had chronic pharyngitis for years years together and was on anti biotic frequently. Finally an ENT Doctor diagnosed my case as LPRD and treated me with Omeprezole Domperidone Combination capsules OD. During further investigations by gastroenterologist  (for Bowel intinence )it was found that my AST ALT levels are elevated ie. above 100 level. Iam a diabetic for the last 18 years and now 45.Now on Insulin + Voglibose .2 Bid+ Metformmin Glimeperide2mg Combination Bid+ Telmesartan 20mg OD+Zyloric (for elevated Uric Acid )+ Atorvastatin 10mg.
Presently I have severe flatulence after taking food and I feel severe uneasyness after food. I feel my stomach will burst due to filling of something. My body weight is 80 kg with a height of 172 cms.   I have also tried combinations of Pantocid with Itopride,etc. But with no relief. Can any body advice

I have chronic pharyngitis now for about 2 years and have been taking Nexium daily and now mornings and nights and if I drink water - I get reflux and my voice is hoarse and throat burned to the point that my GP suspected me of being Bullimic!

I eventually went to an ENT who also said that I had LPR and then I decided that it does not fit my symptoms and then I went to a Gastro-Ent. and discovered that I had GASTRIC INLET PATCHES and Barrets Esophagus due to a LES dysfunction.

My advice to you:  please see a Gastro-Ent. he is the only one that can make a proper diagnoses.  and DON'T let them do a 24 PH study on you!  Only a Gastro-Ent Specialist can do the test and it measures EVERYTHING, not just the PH in your body.  

I weigh 64kg and have lost about 10kg because of the reflux prob and they can not do anything about the gastric inlet patches.  But it is not harmful, just annoying to have them.
