Left lung/stomach issues

Hello, I have had strange symptoms in my left lung and stomach lately.  When I wake up in the morning, or after slouching on the couch for long periods of time, my left lung feels "stuck together" when I try to take a deep breath.  Then, once I take the deep breath, it stretches back out, feels a little soar, then eventually goes away.  I am fine throughout the day, exercise frequently without problems, but notice it more and more when I wake up in the morning, especially after a big dinner.  I think I have sleep apnea, though I don't know if it's related.  It almost feels like my lung has an "ache" to it after I eat.  I had these same symptoms a couple months ago, went to the doctor, he took an x-ray, and said he didn't see anything.  The symptoms disappeared for awhile, then came back recently.  Is this something I should worry about?  Thanks

May I ask, have u been dx with gerd? If so what meds r u on?

If indeed u have gerd/acid reflux u may want to follow the life style changes to help keep symptoms away.
Do  not lie down at least 3 hrs or more after eating...elevate the head of ur bed.

I am not sure if u have a swollowing issue, but if u were to aspirate fluids into ur lungs u could develope some serious issues including pain.The pain may also be from the reflux.

U really should see a dr and get a full check up.Meds like PPI (prilosec) and making the life style changes(list available in our health pages) should help u feel better.....but u need to be under a drs care.

With proper care u should be able to get this under control.
