Loss of appetite and feeling bloated

I am 18 years old and for several days I have no desire to eat because my stomach feels full and bloated. I always eat alot so I dont understand why everything just dropped suddenly. I just finished my mensturation period so I am not pregnant or anything, but every thing else seems normal, like bowel movements and gas.
Lately, i've been eating less than a meal a day and feeling really full, when it use to be 3 meals a day.
Like today I had no breakfast, for lunch I had a piece of toast with avacado and I had to pass dinner because I was full.
Please give me an idea if this is just temporary. There is no stress in my life, everything is normal as it is.
Thank you

Hi,
These dyspeptic symptoms occur when stomach function is affected.
PPI with prokinetics will be helpful.
Upper GI endoscopy has to be done to look for lesions in stomach and duodenum. If it is normal and if symptoms persists, check for H.pylori infection.
