Motilium weight gain and milk production
I am 47 and taking 2 X20mg Pariet a day also on 3 to 4 motilium. These 2 drugs seem to help stop or reduce acid but I have gained 4kilo I feel all bloated like I am 8months pregnant and also my breasts were sore and nnow I have milk. Has anyone else used motilum and had this reaction and should I stop motilium all together? I see my gyno for other issues on Thurs and will definatly ask about this weight gain and milk.
U r welcome....so glad ur Dr was able to get u on diff meds.

thanks Selma, I seen my gyno specialist last week and was told to stop motilium immediatly, she has never used them for GERD and suggests I stick to pariet and maybe zantac not motilium. They are actually used for the GERD but this is a side effect in some unlucky people like me. Anyway ty

I read that motilium also known as Domperidone is sometimes used to help lactating moms to increase milk supply....
U deff should talk to ur Dr to see if u should cut back on the dosage or what they recommend for u.
