My 4 year old son has stomach pain

My 4 year old son has stomach pain

Hi Doctor, my 4 year old son always mentions his chest pain when ever I offer him some food. Usually we will eat Indian food with lot of lentils and moderate white meet. His stomach is like “BLOTED BALLON” and if you pock the finger in his tummy, it will bounce back. He passes lot of gas with loud noise.  He weighs  36 pounds and one more important thing is that he snorers while sleeping since the birth. We took him to the E&T specialist and said that’s normal or may be because of the allergies. Recently he had a bad cold and noticed some sound when he is breathing. We took him to the pediatriation and she told us that his tonsils are   touching each other and due to that he is not able to breath. Now my biggest concern is

1) Why my son is saying some chest pain when I offer him some food and he burps in the middle . (Not any time else, except at the time of eating)?

2) Why my son’s stomach is like a bloated balloon. (Honestly, it’s exactly like that only)?

3) Why he is passing such a long and loud gas?

4) Is doctor is going to perform the “Tonsillitis”? if yes, what are the disadvantages?

I hope you will understand one mother’s fear for her son’s condition.

Thank You.

Hello .. I'm not sure if he has GERD (reflux) at all ... have you been to a Gastroenteroligst that specilizes in stomach disorders? I would do that for certain and see what they have to offer.

Sounds like something isn't settling right when he eats but not sure if it is reflux, food intolerance/allergy or what else it could be .. ?
