Nexium v Prilosec and Prevacid

I have been told I need to take Prilosec ("for life"), along with Bentyl and a couple of other antispasmodics. Within the last few months, Prilosec et al is not doing same job. I am very bloated every day-Gas X helps but I take 3Xday. I can feel the food coming back up. I read Prilosec and Prevacid are about the same. What about Nexium-can it work better, cut down constipation, cramping, gas bloating, spasms?

Hi,
If you find PPI relieved your symptoms initially then you can continue taking it.
Nexium is better than prilosec. So you can taken Nexium if you dont find any relief with Prilosec.
