Ongoing Puzzle

For 31 years, I have suffered with digestive issues that began at that time with a bout of diarrhea following a business trip (hospitalized for one week). Since then, I have suffered with bouts of gastritis, IBS, H-pylori, GERD. Prescriptions over the years included Tagamet, Zantac, Nexium, Prilosec, Kapidex, Protonix, and nothing has helped. My Gall Bladder was removed in 1995 along with Fundoplication. I have had several tests and each one shows the esophagus closes as required, but, I will get painful bloating in my upper back, pain when taking a deep breath, and fluttering in my sides. Since 2006, I sometimes experience pain in my throat after eating which my cardiologists thinks is Angina pain?? To top it off, over the years, there is a constant foul odor that I exhale. Over the summer and until now, I can now smell the gas myself as I breath. As a result, my social life over the years dwindled considerably. This is not imagined as people back away when I am near. Every Gastro Doc so far say they smell nothing when I try to explain and just prescribe drugs like protonix. Can the new procedure (Esophix TIF) fix this problem?

Please help me I'm at my wits end.
