Out of options

I have been sick for 3 years and don't know what to do anymore. I have been on antacids and h2 blockers that did nothing to ease me chronic nausea. I had a gastric emptying scan done, FOBT done, upper endoscopy performed that showed gastritis and esophagitis. After being diagnosed with gastritis and esophagitis I have stopped drinking carbonation, eating fatty greasy foods and I stay away from caffiene, but nothing has helped. My doctor thinks my next step should be checking my gallbladder out. I am concerned this is going to be a waste based on the fact that most people experience pain and feel worse if they eat when they are experiencing something in regards to their gallbladder. I feel better after I eat. I have gained 20 pounds in 3 years, because eating is atleast a little relief to me. Please help me understand better the nausea that I cant seem to kick. I am at the point now where I feel that this is just going to be my life. I am 26 and a full time nursing student, I dont want to accept this mentality but I am running out of steam and the affects of the nausea are taking control of my energy levels leaving me extremely lethargic. I don't have time to be tired with school, a husband and a three year old:)
