PVC's and Acid Reflux

My daughter is 15 yo, coughed horribly for months then finally the coughing stopped but the accompanying stomach pain stayed and got worse.  She would often complain of headaches, dizziness, lightheadedness and tingling arms.  The stomach pain was the worst.  She described it as a knife stabbing her of  punching her with their fist.  She could only eat a few bites and the full feeling and nausea would present. She had an upper GI which showed GERD so she took Prilosec.  It helped but she began to have frequent episodes of GERD & increased stomach pain.  We were referred to a gastronenterologist (G) who scoped her stomach but found no ulcers or indicators of H. Pylori.  Because she was still experiencing severe stomach pain 2 wks later the (G) treated her for H. Pylori w/14days of antibiotics but the pain began to worsen with muscle spasms from her stomach to her back.  She also was losing weight from being unable to eat, not sleeping thru the nigh, experiencing  rapid heart beat that she could feel in her stomach and also her arms tingled.  On Jan 20, 2010 I learned that the ultrasound showed no abnormalities in her right quadrant so her gall bladder was not what was causing the pain.  I got online and  found Steven H. Horne's site; Hiatal Hernia who's symptoms matched my daughter's so closely.  He said a chiropractor could fix the hernia so brought her right away.  We came home and she ate a full meal, slept thru the night and she woke and ate a full breakfast.  I took her to the (G) 2 days later and he called it all gibber gabbish and said "If she is still pain free in three months then he'll believe & will talk to his team about it".  Today is day 10 and she is still pain free.  She continues to have some esophogeal pain which is most likely the ileocacal valve irritation from the stomach acid.  She also continues to have a sinus headache which we are treating with a netti pot twice a day.
