Sometimes I get PACs/PVCs. I never had this before I had gastritis&GERD. I've had at least 5 EKGs and a stress test and they came back normal. A 24 hour loop monitor showed I had a few PACs and doctors have told me they're benign. Sometimes I get horrible symptoms when I have PACs/PVCs, like fluttering. I tend to get them late at night after eating and they seem to be associated with gas and certain medications. I wish there was some way to get rid of them :(.
Have not seen a gerd dr in a while, yeah I guess I should thank you
Have u been to a GI Dr?....there is testing that should be done to make sure u r on the right dosage of meds...
It is also important to test ur vitamin and mineral levels on a regular basis as the GERD meds can deplete calcium and vit D.
With the bloating from GERD it is possible to have pressure on the vagus nerve....which can cause heart Palps....
See a GI Dr and see what he/she suggests.
I have had my heart checked out many times ,lol, I just went Monday she did a ekg and said all was good
had a stress test done 8/13 it was good and a heart echo done in 2010 it was good.
ive always had pacs but they are worse and I seem to burp a lot with them, so was thinking it has to do with gerd, I take over the counter proslec now I am eating tums to see if it helps.
Hi,,,,many do get heart palps but it is always best to get ur heart checked and to look at ur own families medical history.....
Do see ur Dr and let us know what u find out.
