Peppery/spicy/hot stool with acidity and diarrhoea

Kindly help me with my problems which i m facing since two months.
Here are my symptoms:
Spicy/peppery/hot/burning-feeling-like stool
Acidity
Sudden urge to release stool
Need to stool more then three time a day
Occasional diarrhoea but sometimes constipation. Sometimes both at same day.
Burning sensation during peeing


Further information:
I take no medicines
I have suffered with no chronic problem other than jaundice or seasonal flu which i m not having right now
I eat whole grain wheat breads with cooked vegetables or  chicken  
I drink more than 10 glasses of water
Eating no spices doesn't stop syndrome but helps little bit
I m 16 years old.
I have already gone through my puberty probably
I am having acne which grows almost once a week.

Thank you so much for caring for me but i feel very mbarrassing to aay these **** related thngs to my family doctor. Would metronidazole or cipro or co-amoxiclave help. Or any other medicine please.
My problem doesn't look too much serious and i am having it for about 2 months.

       So sorry you are not well.   It sounds like you picked up a bug/infection somewhere.  Could be from the water or food.
      Salmonella or e coli perhaps.  Maybe just H Pylori.  In any case, you need a doctor.

   In the meantime, try drinking 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in your glass of water.  That's good for Salmonella.  But H Pylori and e coli need a medical prescription.

    Also take 5 cups of water, add 1 Tablespoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda.  Mix well and  drink sips all day.  This will keep you from dehydrating before you get to your doctor.
