Reflux or not

My baby boy is two months old now and keeps vomitting up his formula.  He did not want to take the breast so he was on SMA and then Lactogen but both made him ill.  MY GP put him on Isomil but it is still happening.  He just lies there and the next minute the milk comes spilling up.

He has had an allergy since his birth with a blocked nose and the Pediatrician prescribed Flexonase, but it is not helping.  He definitely suffers from sinus congestion and now he has started with a runny stomache as well.  My GP and Ped cannot find anything wrong with him, all his reflexes, etc are as they should be except for the spitting up and that fact that he refuses to sleep at night waking himself up every 20 minutes or so.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi...I am so sorry ur little one is having these issues...have u tried elevating his bed?

Sometimes for all of us with this issue, sleeping can be bothersome as the LES allows the acids and contents from the stomach to rise back up....lying down can be quite uncomfortable....I would ask the ped what type of elevation they recommend for a  child ur DS's age....but this could be helpful in keeping everything down where it belongs and allowing him better sleep patterns.

Also have u tried a humidifier in his room to help with the congestion?...if the sinues drain in to his stomach it can cause more issues.

Good luck
