Severe gastric pain

Hi, I've been experiencing severe gastric pain for 7 years now and it has been getting worse recently. At first, it occurs about once in 3 months, but now it's about once every month. The pain lasts for about 3 hours. It usually occur once or twice in 2 days. Can you diagnose what's the cause? I'm only 16+ year old now, thanks. My doctor told me that it could be due to pressure, and I've been visiting my psychologist every half a year, but I don't think it's due to pressure though, I'm just scared it's something else. We can not dx what is wrong. We can support u and share our experiences. And we can suggest u speak with ur parents about going to see a GI dr.

Stress can make reflux worse.....watching ur diet can help.
