Sour burps

Hello.  I am a 30 year old woman in good shape and overall health.  Two days ago I woke up with a "fullness" in my stomach that causes a constance ache and repeatedly burping small burps that have a foul taste to them.  I can't think of any different foods I have eaten or what might have caused this.  I am wondering if someone could shed some light on what might have caused this and how I can get it to go away.
Thank you for any and all help.
Sincerely,
Sarah

Hi,
This could be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease.
PPI like Prilosec would be  helpful.
Lifestyle modification is also needed -

Lifestyle modifications -

3. Going to bed 2- 3 hours after food
4. Avoiding bed time snacks
5. Avoiding smoking and alcohol
6. Avoiding tight fitting clothes
7. Avoiding cola, citrus drinks, carbonated drinks, tea, coffee, spicy food
8. Weight reduction
