Stomach Discomfort
I have been having stomach discomfort for 4 days know. My pain is in the upper middle and right side of stomach. The right side of my back hurts to. I take medicine for Acid reflux, high blood pressure and allergies. I also might have IBS. Can't get rid of pain. HELP!!!

As part of evaluation of upper abdominal pain, upper GI endoscopy and ultrasound scan of abdomen need to be done.
(Upper abdominal pain could be due to ulcer disease, pancreatitis, cholecystitis or hepatitis).
The treatment depends on the cause.
