Stomach pain

I wake up in middle of night with burning gnawing pain in my stomach. I have occasional one time hiccup often. I don't have heartburn, but I am very nauseous. I always have a headache with it. Several years ago I was diagnosed with a hiatal hernia. I don't understand the headache with it. I feel very weak.

  Hi...u do not need to have heart burn with it for it to be GERD...u should raise the head of ur Bed and do not eat for 3 to 4 hrs b4 laying down....there are more tips in the Health pages, that include eating smaller meals several times a day instead of 3 meals...do 4 or 5...or more smaller meals....

  Modify ur diet to exclude items that trigger ur GERD...so keep a journal of what u eat and how u feel so u can recognize ur triggers...

A hiatal hernia can cause these issues, when u r stressed, constipated...several things can cause this to be an issue....
