Stomach pains & loud noises

I have stomach pains and makes very very loud noise all through the day and I do not know why ?
My family has a history of acid reflux in it .
Some days or better than other’s with this problem .
I’m 33 and in great health and hardly ever go to the doctors .
Be honest I’m scared to when I have to !
But this problem had been going for over 9 to 10 months and its very embarrassing at times ?
I have always been a very light sleeper and do not sleep well at night either .
It’s pretty much sounds like my stomach has a motor or a volcano in it !!!
Can you help or suggest anything THNAKS Mark .
