Sulfur Smell

My husband gets extremely sick, vomitting, diarrhea, pale, etc.  When he burps it reaks of a sulfar smell and this smell actually comes out of his pores.  It is really nasty stuff.  I had heard that it was a sign of something but I can't remember.  Does anyone know what I am talking about?  Any help is appreciated.

Sulfur smelling burps can occur in giardiasis.
Giardiasis is parasitic infestation of the upper small intestine which can remain without causing any symptoms or cause symptoms like diarrhea, weight loss, abdominal bloating , burping etc.

hi ive just read your comment on the sulfur smelling burps and giardiasis what would cause a person to suddendly get this condition?
