Throat problem

Swollen or irritated throat? Everytime i swallowing i feel there's a lump feeling with  pain..  burning in heart  . symtoms (symptoms) are not going from 8 weeks

Hi,
All these symptoms are typical of GERD.
Take medications like prilosec for 8 weeks.
In addition certain lifestyle and dietary changes are essential for complete relief. This includes -
1. Weight reduction if obese
2. Avoid smoking, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, carbonated beverages, tomato based products, citrus, fatty food and spice
3. Small frequent food
4. Head elevation while sleeping
5. Avoid tight fitting clothes.
