Throwing up bile, diarrhea, white stool

Hello. This past Thursday I was really sick and throwing up even though my stomach was empty and it didn't necessarily hurt. Eventually, I started throwing up bile. After that, I was fine for two days and then I got massive diarrhea and I threw up once. Now I've noticed my stool is almost white. What's up with this and how concerned should I be?

I'm sorry for your discomfort.  I'm not a health professional, but your symptoms seem to me to need immediate investigation.  White stools can mean a problem with the pancreas or liver or both.  I'd strongly urge you to see a physician sooner than later.  If you don't have a family doctor, I'd urge you to contact your emergency room.  Please do so, and keep us informed.
