Ulceration at GE junction

Hi
what is ulceration at GE junction,lax LESphincter and GRADE A ESOPHAGITIS?
can this cause iron deficiancy.

Hi...sounds like u have damage/sores in ur esophagus, with a motility issue regarding the Lower (L) Esophageal (E) Sphincter(S).

With meds and diet ur GI dr should be able to get u back to health......

I do not feel this can cause iron deficiency, not being a dr this is not a reliable answer.....

Please let us know what ur  dr says regarding these results.

Hi...if the acid is getting that far, yes it can.

Best thing is to see a GI dr and get tested.
