Unexpected Vomiting

I really don't know how to phrase this correctly but im hoping someone can help me.
I tend to vomit when im spending time with a girl I like for no apparent reason. Nothing can be happening we can just be spending time together and all the sudden my stomach feels naucious and if its clogged. Over the years I've gotten a good grip on the situation but once night times comes around the problem starts up again. It's making having a social life very difficult and I can't think of any reasons except anxiety. I was given anxiety medication for a month to see if it was the problem and it helped me but I don't want a temporary fix. If you have any suggestions or a name for what I have I would appreciate it thank you.
