Unresolved Gerd with Hiatal Hernia

Hello I have  Gerd, Esophigitis, IBS, Lactose Intolerance and Hiatal Hernia. I have taken every PPI under the sun plus Bentyl and Carafate.  Nothing works  and now I am throwing up stomach acid. My Family Dr. has  reffered me back to my Gastro man  for more tests.  I already had Upper and Lower GI  series, Fluroscopy ,Endoscope and upper and lower barium .  I am wondering whats next .  I am afraid to have these invasive tests done while awake especially if it involves putting probes down my throate into my stomach or in my rectum up into my stomach. What other kids of tests are there for these problems and can I be put to sleep for them? Thank you  your imput would be greatly appreciated .
