Very Minor Right Upper Quadrant Pain

I sometimes experience a minor, crampy pain in my right upper abdomen in the vicinity of my rib cage.  Sometimes, it occurs slightly under it, other times slightly over.  While this is the primary location when it occurs, it can also be in other regions of my abdomen.  I have a history of GERD and once while experiencing similar symptoms, I was diagnosed with gastritis and given antacids.  Now, it comes and goes, was gone for a good while then returned a month or so ago.  It's very minor and doesn't really bother me, I just am starting to wonder what exactly this is.
