What are some optional treatments/suggestions for solving the problems I'm having?

I am 27 years of age, male, and currently have no medical coverage. I had a scope for my stomach about a year in half ago and they found a small ulcer near the opening of my stomach. The doctor prescribed three months ACIPHEX 20mg tablets and would not renew the prescription when asked. Since then I been taking Omeprazole, usually two a day, maybe more based on the pain for roughly since the surgery. Everyday, really does not matter too much what I am doing, my stomach/chest area will start to hurt/like a burning sensation which sometimes causes my upper left arm to hurt until I take Omeprazole (one or two pills until the pain subsides, which is usually instantly). So... that's what happens everyday, but now recently I have been vomiting if I eat too much. I do not quite understand it, but if I have too much to eat which is kind of hard to tell how much I should be eating, I will form this slimy stuff in back my of my mouth and everything that I ate will end up in the sink. Another instance that is worth mentioning is that two days ago I took Ibpropfin in the morning for a headache and then later that day I threw up the dissolved ibuprofen (I think... I could taste it in back my throat after the incident) and everything else I had for the day... now... today... my stomach hurts constantly even after taking Omeprazole so I thought I'd make and account and see if anyone had treatment suggestions or an idea of what is causing myself to do this.

My question:

Based on the above description of the problem, do you have a suggestion or treatment option that I could try in repairing either the ulcer if it even exists still or the current situation I experience every day whether it's morning or night? It cost me close to six thousand dollars with all the medical bills combined for the previous surgery, so I'm looking for alternative treatments unless it's serious enough to have another doctor look at it. I have no insurance right now and will not have it for a few months.

Hi,
Ulcer in the stomach commonly occurs due to H.pylori infection or NSAID (painkiller) intake.
Test for H.pylori and if found positive then you need antibiotics to treat it.
Avoid NSAIDs like Ibuprofen.
