What is gallbladder dyskinesia

I am a woman 61 years old weighing 242 pounds.  I recently had a bout of nausea and clay colored stools (almost white) with slight pain under my right breast and in my back this was the second bout in 3 months.  I had an US Abdoment limited ultrasound of the gallbladder, liver, pancreas, etc.  the findings were that the gallbladder is normal anda no gallstones were seen.  The liver demonstrates fatty infiltration. No dilatation of the biliary ducts were seen.  The common hepatic duct measures 3.1mm.  the pancreas was not visualize.  No gross abnormality of the right kidney was seen and the abdominal aorta measured 1.6 cm.  The inferior vena cava appeared normal.  I was then sent for a hepatobiliary scan with cck intervention.  the images revealed prompt accumulation of the raionuclide by the liver.  the hepatic ducts, gallbladder, common bile duck and normal trasit of radionulide into the intestine wer visualized.  CCK was intravenously administered and gallbladder ejection fraction was calculated.  I experienced slight nausea and abdomininal bloating during CCK infusion.  Gallbladder ejection fraction is 4%, with normal considered greater than 35%.

Can you tell me what this means?

Hi,
Gallbladder dyskinesia is delayed GB emptying with symptoms like abdominal pain, nausea and abdominal bloating in the absence of GB stones or sludge.
Scintigraphy is helpful in diagnosis.
Your test report indicates you have very low GB EF.
Removal of GB may be helpful for relief of symptoms.
