Yellow Stool

My 1 year is taking medication to prevent asthma.  He's also showing signs of teething.   He's been having yellow loose stool for the past 5 days.  

No signs of dehydration.  He eating habits are reduced and there's no vomiting.  

My question:  Is the yellow stool associate with teethting?

It might be.  I'm not a Dr but anything affecting the GI water balance, etc. can affect the reflux and that can affect everything ... yellow stools can be from GI issues I think ?  Maybe others can jump in and help .. of course, if it continues ask your Pedi to make sure he isn't ill with something.

Green is from lactose and clay would be gallbladder/liver right?

Yellow is that icky allergy, intolerance, teething, reflux color I *think * ???

is he on antacids? is he on solids? Poops are all shapes, colors and sizes :-) Prob nothing to be alarmed about, though it's good to check it out if it keeps up.  Also, when they teeth they do get diarrhea, diaper rash, and a runny nose.
