abdominal pain

My daughter is almost 2 years and has alot of health problems but she just incured another which is when she gets her tube feeds she seems like she is in alot of pain and discomfort.. She constantly vomits everything i give her except water and pedialyte through her g-tube. What are some suggestions for this? Do you think she would need the fundo? Im not sure cause she keeps the water and pedialyte down.. Can someone please help me for it is hard to see a child go through all the pain she has been and has always been through pain since she was 4 months old.
