acid reflux or gallbladder

by sands48, Aug 28, 2008 06:25PM
I have been taking Nexium for about 2 weeks with a few of the common problems resolved. Except for  constant burping. My Dr. suggested taking Gavison for the burping. Which helped quite alot as there is little to no burping. However, with the acid reflux I had stomach pain on the left side and after taking the Gavison the pain has moved to the right side. Is this a sign of gallbladder problems.
Thanks

Hi,
Though gallbladder problems cause right sided pain, not all cases of right sided pain are due to gallbladder problems.
An Ultrasound scan may show whether gallbladder is involved.
