i have acid refluxi had a endoscope the doc took a biopsy at the eg junction  visualized what does this mean

That simply means the biopsy to check for altered cell growth was taken at the meeting place of the esophagus and stomach.  That's standard procedure.  Acid Reflux can cause the cells to change form, a condition called Barrett's Esophagus.  If the biopsy is positive, it means the cells have changed.  The chance of the cells changing into cancer is quite small around 2%.
