duodenal biopsy= normal, negative for parasites or other abnormalities.
antrum biopsy= normal gastric mucosa,negative for gastritis or helicobacter pylori infection,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia,or malignancy.
EG junction biopsy=mild nonspecific chronic inflammatory changes at esophagogastric junction. negative for intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia, or malignancy.
stains performed= warthin-starry for helicobacter pylori,AB/PAS for intestinal metaplasia and fungi.

That simply means the biopsy to check for altered cell growth was taken at the meeting place of the esophagus and stomach. That's standard procedure. Acid Reflux can cause the cells to change form, a condition called Barrett's Esophagus. If the biopsy is positive, it means the cells have changed. The chance of the cells changing into cancer is quite small around 2%.
