ask a doctor question

For three weeks, I've had horrible pain that grips my neck and upper chest and even radiates to my mouth and ears, today it felt just like a heart attack. It's horrible for 5 to 10 minutes and then settles down. Docs say it not my heart,or my lungs, the next doc will be an upper gi doc. It gets worse from walking, cold air and laying down, What is your take on this. I did have to go off my prilosec suddenly and replaced with zantac but I'm back on prilosec about two weeks now and I have increased now. What could this be??? Thank you if any members have had this please answer too. aheart

Sorry there is no dr on this forum, but if u click on the forums button (top of the page)
and go to the expert forum .

We have several threads here about a lump in the throat, difficulty swallowing...jaw pain....breathing issues....I am not sure, but I also wonder what it is...I ask that u look into this following condition to see if it sounds like what u  r talking about.

cricopharyngeal spasm-google and let me know what u think.
