bile pool in stomach

Hi DOC
I am 20.I have done un upper gi and doc found bile pool in the stomach and gastritis and also some micro kidney stones.I am having nasuea,dizziness,depression,to much saliva,fatigue,sometimes trouble swollowing.I have been tested for giardiasis,h pilory,celiac and all negative.Is bile pool in stomach a serius disease,can i cause malabsobtion or irritabilitiy.How can be treated.So i put 2 questions.Thank you

One more question doc.What  symptoms can chronic bile pool in stomach and mucosal hyperemia,cause?

Hi,
It indicates bile reflux. It can be treated with PPI, UDCA and antacids.It does not cause malabsorption.
