breathlessness

i have symptoms like severe belching even if im not eating or full,dizziness after eating or usually happens in the morning, bloating,nervousness,fatigue and breathlessness when i talk or walk icant take a deep breath and when i do it take me effort to really do that,my ecg and blood test was fine i took omeprazole for 11 days and i stop because my symptoms got worse my doc. said maybe its anxiety and gave me klonopin but the symptoms is still there and it happens everyday to me ,i wasnt like this month ago till i notice of shortness of my breath when i was walking and other symptoms follows..
