can a nissen come undone?

I had a Nissen done awhile ago and it's always hurt whenever i eat too much, but today it hasn't hurt at all and i KNOW i ate too much. is it possible the clips my surgeon used have come undone? it would really suck if a had to get it redone.

Hi,
It is possible but not with overeating.
If it is undone you would have all the symptoms reappear which you had before fundoplication was done ( for which the surgery was done).
