I'm wondering if acid reflux can cause you sternum to hurt a little to the touch or effect those joints where you feel some pain to the touch?

Hi,
Acid reflux can cause burning sensation behind the sternum.
But it does not cause tenderness (not painful if touched).
If these symptoms persist consult your doctor for evaluation.
