can;t keep nothing down not even water what do i do

I cant keep nothing down and i can't drink  or it will come back up.. I  tried to take malox  , pepto no  luck.. I have  gerd and i ate something last night  and it got  hung up as i was  swallowing  .  so to get  any  results i  threw it back  up  normally this will work but not  this time.. is there anything i can do about this.

Vicky_58, you simply need to go to the nearest hospital emergency room as soon as possible.  At worst, you could have a bowel blockage.  Your symtoms (symptoms) are like what I had with a bowel blockage, and really, time is life if you are experiencing this condition.  It could be simply aggressive GERD, maybe gall bladder issues, but you have to get help and answers. I hope you keep us informed.
