chest pain & burning sensation

I am a healthy 34 female, mom to three beautiful children. I have  constant chest pressure & a burning sensation in my chest, as well as pain in my upper back, neck, and shoulders. It kinda hurts when I breathe. Do you have any idea what this could be? These symptoms have been going on for a few months now, and are getting worse.
