My Acid Reflux is so severe that I do have alot of chest pain. I thought I was having heart attacks. Therefore I was having alot of panick attacks. Had a ECG test which was normal. I had a "24 hr PH Test" done, and was diagnose with severe Acid Reflux. Now I know it's not my heart, so I don't have panick attacks anymore. Ask your Dr. for more test. Best of luck !!
