constant burping

I burp a lot, no heartburn, but have like I would call heart flutters which are relieved when I gas.

Hi,
Burping can occur due to aerophagia ( swallowing of air subconsciously), GERD though there are many other causes as well.
Heartburn need not be present in all cases of GERD.
Diet modification, avoiding carbonated drinks, avoiding chewing gum can decrease episodes of aerophagia.
An upper GI endoscopy may be done to look for GI causes.
